Maternity photography can have a diverse set of styles – one of which is documenting the session in a more playful style. This was a beautiful Maternity Session held at The Art Barn. This location is absolutely one of my go-to’s for family sessions. It offers so much diversity, from fields to trees, to old trucks and barns. But, best of all, the kiddos can always squeeze in a little time to hang out with Farmer Sue’s farm friends. With baby #3 on the way, this was the perfect way to keep brother and sister engaged. These two enjoyed some time with chicks and even one of the baby lambs.

Maternity photography is such a rewarding area of photography. The mothers’ always have such a beautiful glow and the children light up at any opportunity to hug and snuggle their baby to be. Then, it is even better when I get to see the family’s joy when they view the moments captured for the first time.
